Our unique Polyvagal-informed yoga class blends yoga with the principles of polyvagal theory.

It’s designed to cultivate compassion and support your nervous system’s health and resilience, helping connect you with your sense of balance and calm.

Through mindful movement and breath, we explore how it feels to shift between nervous system states in calming stillness and the vibrant energy of movement and play. This practice honors your needs and choices every step of the way, creating a supportive environment to connect with your natural rhythms and resilience.
