Here are two great ways to connect with us until our next round of clinician hiring:

1. Come hang out with us at our events. We seriously love to get to know you there! You may want to follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or our newsletter to stay in the loop on upcoming events.

2. Bring your clientele. If you’re 1) a like-minded therapist in practice now and 2) just want to do the work of therapy without managing all your reschedules, calls/emails, marketing, etc. (and maybe feel a little lonely out there on your own?), and 3) want to benefit from our training, shared resources, etc., we’d love to bring you into the team. We’ve got spreadsheets/rate calculators to make sure the numbers make sense for you, and we’d need to make sure you’re bringing at least 12 sessions per week on average to make sure your monthly costs get covered for us. One in-person spot is available for any stage of licensure, and online positions are available if you live in TN and are licensed (or a pre-licensed MFT). The next steps would be maybe poking our site and values, and filling in our interest form/application to start the conversation.

3. Clinical Director conversation. This role will be opening up on our team in the coming year, and we would love to begin exploratory conversations. The clinical director we welcome onboard will be licensed, passionate about supporting not just clients but therapists, love leading, and have at least one experiential trauma training (BSP, IFS, EMDR, SomEx, etc. - full training of at least one level, not the online introductory PESI-style certifications), plus deep knowledge of the lived experience of complex trauma, neurodivergence, or chronic health. The next steps would be maybe poking our site and values, and filling in our interest form/application to start the conversation.
